Post Secondary Planning

Planning for life after high school and post-secondary education is an integral piece of a quality education. We want all students to leave our school with feelings of hope and opportunity for the future. To this end, we want to stress the importance of every student having a post-secondary plan following graduation. That plan may include admission to a four-year college or university, two-year community college, military, apprenticeships, career training or other educational experiences.

Alumni Transcript Requests

Transcript requests must be made in writing by the former student and can be delivered to the high school via fax (978.363.2325), email (, or in person. The written request needs to include the student's current name and name used while attending (if different), the year of graduation or years of attendance, and the name and address to which the transcript should be sent.  We will mail all official transcripts directly to the address indicated on your request. All official transcripts will have a signature and a raised, embossed seal.  Any transcript that is emailed or faxed is considered an unofficial copy.

There is a three dollar charge for official transcripts and no charge for unofficial transcript requests.  The fee can be paid by either cash or a check made payable to Pentucket High School.  Please allow 24-48 hours for receipt and processing of the request.
